Blompot Local Shipping

We use The Courier Guy for deliveries.  We leave the parcel in a Pudo box and The Courier Guy collect it from there.  Pudo and The Courier Guy is the same company.  You will be notify with a sms by The Courier Guy when they are on the way with your parcel.  We charge a flat fee of R95 (ZAR) for all deliveries in South Africa. 

We offer free delivery on orders in South Africa over the value of R600.

We dispatch our products from Pretoria.  Orders within Pretoria are usually delivered in 2 working days.  Other major centres will be 4 - 7 working days.  Outlying towns, regional areas and international can take between 10 - 20 working days respectively.  

FREE RETURNS

Please arrange a return first.  We allow one free return per order and will issue the exchange / return / refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.  Please note we have a 30 day returns policy from confirmation of delivery.  Any returns post the 30 day period will not be honoured.  

REFUNDS

If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note we can only issue a refund if the item is unused.  Please note we have a 7 day refund policy from confirmation of delivery.  Any refunds post the 7 day period will not be honoured.  In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us.  We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.
